Frequently Asked Questions
Will my log-in to upcoming courses change?
Our learning management system will be streamlined into one platform with an updated design and user interface. Login email addresses will remain the same, but you will receive an email to create a new password. If for some reason, you don't receive an email, you are still able to use the password-reset feature on the login page. Students will also receive an email with updated logistics information about upcoming courses, so there will be no disruptions course access. Access to previous courses in legacy learning management systems will still be available from a separate link on the login page to reference any prior training or materials.
My company is already working with New Horizons. Will anything change?
There will be no immediate changes to products or services as a result of this brand name transition. All previously negotiated contracts and rates will be honored. Please reach out to your designated New Horizons sales representative or submit the contact form below to get in touch.
